Ben Wymer
photographer and naturalist

Ben Wymer has always had a passion for the natural world, whether it was playing in the woods or watching David Attenborough documentaries as a kid. This passion has been fueled by his studies in wildlife and conservation biology and his work in land conservation. In only the past couple years, his appreciation, knowledge, and respect for the natural world led him to want to share what he sees and experiences with all that will listen. His photographic journey thus began.
Backed by years of study and field work from New Hampshire to Washington, Ben is at his happiest and most engaged when he is out in the natural world. Every photograph he takes is in respect of the world around him. Respecting the animals he photographs means he strives to be as unobtrusive as possible, capturing the animals in their natural element.
