Life is beautiful, nature itself embodies the endless, and it is here I find my inspiration. It is here where my subject matter is found.

I strive to capture its spirit and essence, bringing to focus various aspects in order to draw the viewer in. My goal is to captivate, to instill viewers with a sense of wonder and awe, making each of us feel as if we are in the very presence of what I create.

I use oils to bring forth a richness in tones and texture, to bring life to some of nature’s most majestic creatures. When focusing on the very small, I use gouache to portray vibrant colors and intricate detail.
 

By living with beautiful embodiments that pay tribute to the natural world, we are reminded to slow down and reconnect with nature.
